I just visited today and was surprised to learn that they now have a new policy where you can’t simply buy a dozen donuts and choose the types you want. It was quite baffling. When I approached the counter, I noticed two dozen of my favorite donuts on display. I asked for a dozen, only to be told I could not purchase them that way. To buy a dozen and customize my selection, I would need to call ahead the day before.... View all feedback.
