Was VERY skeptical as we were pulling into the parking lot as the building is definitely showing its age. However, the food is phenomenal and the staff was very friendly. Not fun. Should have went with our gut instinct when we saw the building, but wanted to give em a chance due to the reviews. The burger patty was big/thick, guess that's why it took 25 min to cook. No flavor. We saw our fries onion rings sit in the basket while burger cooked.... took awhile to even get served. Made us want to avoid Plainview for future travels.... View all feedback.
