Bohio BBQ serves homestyle, flavorful dishes that evoke grandma’s cooking—hot, well-priced, and with vegetarian options—making it a tempting local spot for comfort-food lovers. Yet the experience is uneven: patrons report wrong or missing items, cold or delayed deliveries, long waits, and occasional quality-control failures (notably bones found in empanadas). Worth trying for the taste and value, but expect operational hiccups until service consistency improves.
The portion sizes were small for the price. They sent the wrong order and blamed it on DoorDash. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold after a two-hour wait. I'm very disappointed.
They call this place a portuguese restaurant? They should be ashame. The meat it burnt. Besides that, they give so little portion. Should not be 26$. Maybe 12-15$. The one in grove st bbq is way better and I dont mind paying the 30$.
Past deliveries came nice and hot as expected. Today it was literally cold to the touch. When we called they stated that they had packaged my order but the delivery guy was out doing another delivery that was very far . So instead of keeping my food warm till he picked it up it was just there. What sense is it that I have to reheat food that was just delivered. Come on man. Its not like its free food.
The food is absolutely amazing! It reminds me of my grandma's and mom's cooking. It's served hot, flavorful, and at a great price! You should definitely give it a try—you won't regret it!
