Good service. Our waitress was Tess. My wife and I didn't experience the negative things other people mentioned. Tess was quick, friendly, and efficient. Try the Pot Roast.....wow....AMAZING FLAVOR! We have ordered it at various Bob Evans across the country and are never disappointed. We split it because it's in a big bowl over mashes potatoes. ...filling. Good rolls and banana bread. The breakfast at this restaurant was phenomenal. The food was fresh, the orange juice and coffee were delicious. The service was excellent, with a very attentive and friendly waitress, along with regular check-ins by the manager. You pay at the front and they also sell Bob Evans merchandise.
Our server wasn't very polite. She gave us the feeling that she was racial because of the treatment we received. While the bathrooms were visually clean, the toilets were disgusting.
