The service is decent. I've noticed that some other local restaurants perform just as well in this aspect; their food is generally quite good, and they usually don't keep you waiting.

We visited on Friday, and it was truly disappointing. Our party of nine had a terrible experience. The gator bites were unappetizing, the wings were just as bad, and I found the fish to be quite unpleasant as well. Overall, it was not a good meal.
