Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
I haven't been to a wendy for a long time. I noticed that there was a sign that spoke about a shortage of letters, and the staff was right on it! they explained it and gave us options. I love eating fast restaurants that can answer to their menu and all these employees were extremely on the point. the meal was right immediately without confusion, and our waiting time was not even so long. and to round it off, it was... if they want to see how people get up in the mud can, they simply go through wendy's car. whondy doesn't care, or they're gonna lock the ****. not impressed after talking to 2 managers. food: 1/5 View all feedback.
Update: Wendy's said they were gonna reach out but I reached back out first. They comped my meal they messed up and said they would remake it next time I wanted it within the next week. Well I never went back. They know they have an employee with a less than social attitude and have been working on it so I give them credit for that. The manager was real nice. Just sucks I had to go back for this. We are heading to the zoo and tried to get a quick bite before we head out . We ordered all chicken and one cheeseburger for one of our kids. Get to the window they give us our drinks and change and say have a nice day. I said I'm still waiting on my food. They rushfully handed us our bag and tried to hurry us off. They shorted us a straw. Which seemed to annoy the lady alot. And I was trying to check the food when the employee said do you need something in the rudest voice. So we pulled forward to get out of their line and noticed they didn't give us half of our meals. I went back inside and another lady addressed it ok. But then we drive away . Almost to the 202 and we open my wife's chicken sandwich and its a bacon cheeseburger. She has a pork allergy and now has no sandwich to eat. It has been a very unpleasant visit to Wendy's which we normally would enjoy. Customer service needs a lot of work and apparently making sure the order is correct is also something this store needs work with.
I went here on 9/26 around 10 p.m. It was the worst customer service ever. The manager was so rude when I pulled up to the window until the time I left. I tried to be nice to her even with her bad attitude. She must have ate a bag of lemons!!! Bitter! Rude! Worst customer service! My kids even noticed and commented on her behavior. The crazy thing is nothing was wrong with my order. I used my debit card with no issue. Other employees were working behind her. No excuse to snap at people. No excuse to give food out in an aggressive matter.
Do not buy food here after 8pm the food is always cold. Cold fries. Cold chicken nuggets. Every damn time. We live a mile away. If I wanted to have to warm my food up why would I be ordering fast food in the first place. Always take at least 2 minutes after pulling up just to acknowledge you?re there.
