I had an amazing experience at the restaurant thanks to Sam, who made my sub a perfect 10/10 when I visited yesterday (11/13/20). He was polite, asked about my day, and even offered to help me carry the three large drinks I ordered to my car. However, when I returned the following day, I encountered two kids who weren't in uniform and didn't seem to care about the food quality at all. I think one of them might have been named John. Sam definitely deserves some recognition for his excellent service!
