Nestled in the heart of Awatukee, this beloved restaurant has garnered a dedicated following over the years, thanks to its unique carhop service and consistently fresh burgers. While many patrons rave about the delightful Soft Pretzel Twists and blended drinks, issues with service persist. Delays, broken drive-thru systems, and inconsistent order fulfillment detract from the experience. Nevertheless, the friendly staff and quick service for those fortunate to receive it keep customers returning. With a diverse menu and the potential for great food, this locale remains a staple, though some improvements are undoubtedly needed.
Always fast and accurate. I had a problem with the online app that was 100% my fault. this load solved the problem without asking me, they offered to help! thank you and I will go back.
Food is good if you can get service. I have no idea what happened to this place, but the last few times I 've been here, menus have been broken and people haven 't been answering. I 've switched menus, gone through the drive thru and got nothing. When I did, the bun was burnt to a crisp and I had to get a new one. Also, staff obviously doesn 't have the critical thinking skills to determine that a chicken slider, mistakenly spoken, is a chicken slinger, the only thing that sounds similar and is actually the exact same thing. Honestly, skip this place. I just watched someone throw their trash in the lot after not getting any service, not that they needed to, this place is already hot garbage. Employees are probably getting high.
Every time I visit, we use the drive-thru, but the speaker system is quite poor, making it difficult to hear. On our last trip, we ordered drinks, specifically just water, but we noticed that the prices vary every time we go. I'm not a fan of this inconsistency.
I think I have a small addiction to their Soft Pretzel Twists, they're to die for, and their Mozzerella Sticks are always fresh. The main con I'd give is that they need to recheck the bags more often because they constantly forget to include extras andother things. They do get you in and out of there in good time!
