I was in Pizzeria Bianco and was near nere and wanted to try. It was a cool little place and I enjoyed the meatball sandwich with a salad combo. The meatballs were very good and I enjoyed the snack of the baguette to bread.
Absolutely one of my favorite places throughout Phoenix to get a sandwich. The ingredients here are super high quality (IE: they make their own mozzarella here!) The bread is delicious, and about as authentic as you can get without being in Italy. My personal favorite is the Prosciutto San Daniele, or try what is the daily market sandwich. If you are looking for a high quality delicious Italian style sandwich, you need to check out this place. ‘
Love, love, love the sandwiches in Pane Bianco. The bread is amazing and every ingredient (meat, cheese, veg, etc.) is so fresh. They are very large and you can easily share with someone else. It comes with a small portion of Coleslaw that completes the meal. Make yourself a favor and order the rice pudding. It's fantastic.

Since Pizzaria Bianco had a 2+ hour wait for 2 people, the valet suggested Pane Bianco Central, which had no waiting, plentiful parking, and the limited seating was nearly empty. The food was good, but unremarkable. The wait staff was super friendly and even gave me a free soup of the day because they accidentally prepared an extra.
