At this Panda Express location, the dining experience appears to be hit or miss. No soy sauce with plates and no sweet and sour sauce with cream cheese wonton on a delivery. You can't request those but the item description states sweet and sour sauce with wonton. Do better!
After my previous experience with Panda, I was ready to stop spending my hard-earned money there. However, during this visit, I encountered one of the friendliest employees. She was incredibly pleasant and served us with a joyful spirit, treating each customer with the same warmth, which I really appreciated. There were a couple of other staff members who seemed to have scowls on their faces, but they weren't rude; they just appeared to be a bit over it for some reason.
The food is hot, fresh, and served in generous portions. However, I was disappointed to find that my order of teriyaki chicken did not include any teriyaki sauce.
I ordered an appetizer, but my order was incorrect. When I tried to call the restaurant for help, I received a quick message saying that no one could take my call, and then the call disconnected. The phone number provided in the app was also incorrect. Additionally, the orange chicken was old and tough. I do not recommend this place.
The food is amazing, the customer service is friendly, and the establishment is spotless. Well done!
