Marston's Cafe - Phoenix
Marston's Cafe
Menu
The restaurant from Phoenix offers 38 different dishes and drinks on the menu at an average price of $9.5.
At a downtown Phoenix hotel, diners experience a mix of culinary highs and lows. While breakfast options like the flavorful Eggs Benedict with Pork Belly impress, some lunch offerings, such as the bland chicken enchiladas and tasteless black beans, leave much to be desired. Service shines, with attentive staff like Sofia providing recommendations and support. Despite a few missteps, including forgotten orders and inconsistencies in flavor, the restaurant accommodates social gatherings comfortably with spacious seating and TVs for games. Overall, it’s a spot worth trying for its ambience and potential, though diners may find variability in their meals.

Was János Gáspár at Marston's Cafe a mag?
Lunch about $8.50 for two items with lo my and a drink. Noodles didn't taste so great, chicken and sour pigs weren't too bad. I was here about 5 times. Very filling and has a variety to choose. Arrival early, because if lunch time ends at 2:30, the food looks as if it had been too long View all feedback.
What Beth dislikes about Marston's Cafe:
I ordered the chicken enchiladas and was disappointed. The dish lacked flavor, the black beans were tasteless, and the cole slaw was greasy. I couldn't even eat the beans or cole slaw. The service was excellent, but I preferred the old Marstens that served delicious, high-quality food. I brought a guest who ordered the fish tacos and they were also unimpressed. She mentioned she wouldn't return to the restaurant. View all feedback.

I ordered the Sonora omelette that was described as containing chorizo. There was no spice to it at all. When I mentioned this to the server she replied that she was vegetarian and didn't know?? Then another server piped in stating that chorizo is not spicy. I live in Phoenix and have had plenty of chorizo, it has always been spicy. It is sad that this tainted my stay at a nice hotel.
Very nice place! High priced... Comfy, tasty, with beatifully-presented plates.
No complaints. We visited for lunch and found the restaurant to be quiet with only a few other customers. Our group of three ordered the Southwest Caesar with Chicken, the Tuna Melt, and the Sliders. When our meals arrived, they all looked delicious! We enjoyed our food together. Each dish was tasty and the service was good. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would return for a quiet and delicious lunch without the crowds of busy downtown spots.
This is a great place to meet friends. There are many tables for big parties. There are indoor and terrace seats. TVs are everywhere so you can see a game from any place. I ordered a burger and loved him. The staff was not very attentive. The waitress forgot part of the order and had to come back and check. Parking nearby.
