Was Beverly S at Gyro 101 a mag?
I had a great experience at the restaurant! The Greek fries were excellent, truly on point. The chicken shawarma was tasty, but I personally prefer gyros when it comes to Greek cuisine. Overall, I would rate my order 4 out of 5 stars. The baklava was absolutely delicious, and I would definitely order that again! What Serena R dislikes about Gyro 101:
Gyro101 sent me the wrong order, and the baklava was disappointingly small. Overall, the meal didn't justify the price. There are definitely better Mediterranean restaurants out there. View all feedback.

Even though I'm not a big fan of shawarma, I wanted to give the chicken shawarma a try. I haven't had the chance to try the hummus or salad yet, but they both looked really appetizing!

Delicious, authentic Greek food with generous portions! I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates great Greek cuisine.
I almost always have a special order and they always get it right. They have the BEST hummus I have ever tasted and their Chicken Shawarma Plate is excellent. So glad this place moved into the neighborhood
Gyro 101 was a big disappointment. First time trying it through DoorDash and the food was just not up to par. I ordered loaded gyro fries and baklava, but what I got was a whole different item. They messed up my order, sent me a gyro wrap thats way cheaper than what I paid for the loaded fries. Felt like I got scammed, to be honest. Now, lets talk about the lamb. Low quality, thin, and barely any meat. The baklava, turned out to be miniature and unappetizing. They were hard but also lacked the expected touch of honey. It was drier than a desert, an unpleasant deviation from the moist and flavorful baklava I was anticipating. Overall, the food was just bad, and its definitely not authentic Mediterranean food. If youre looking for the real deal, skip Gyro 101 and try Great Papa’s Gyro. They know how to do it right. Save yourself the disappointment.
