Was Walter Holzapfel at Dodey's a mag?
Daytime is great, that’s the 4 stars.Tonight I stopped on a rare evening. After 2 drinks I mentioned to the bartender that I was going to use the restroom and leave my drink on the bar, she told me to tell the bar back (which I did)… I come back at the most 2 min later to my seat gone with another customer’s beer basically touching my drink. I had to reach over him the get my drink. I guess it was too much work to sa... View all feedback.
What Alysha bustamante dislikes about Dodey's:
I used to love this place and would visit weekly, but after my experience today, that has changed. My husband and I had a day off together and decided to stop by for a game of pool and some relaxation before grocery shopping. I spent $20 on the TouchTunes app, but to my surprise, my first song was skipped within just 15 seconds. Apparently, metal rock isn't allowed here, which was never an issue in my previous visits... Fantastic spot! I really enjoy all the bar games available. It's a great place to bring a date, as long as she's not too high maintenance or pretentious. The games add a lot of fun to the experience while you enjoy some drinks, creating a laid-back and enjoyable atmosphere.
Mark, the owner, is a compulsive liar—imagine George Santos multiplied by a hundred! You should not trust anything that comes out of his mouth. It's truly unfortunate!
This relaxed dive bar offers a fantastic atmosphere and excellent service, especially on Friday and Sunday nights! There's plenty of space to accommodate a large number of guests. You can enjoy darts, pool tables, giant Jenga, multi-game monitors on the bar, an arcade-style bowling game, and, of course, a jukebox for your music needs.

Apparently, metal rock isn't allowed here, which was never an issue in my previous visits where I played a mix of songs without any problems. The bartender explained that the owner, Mark, actively watches the cameras and decided to skip my song as soon as it started. It feels quite discriminatory, even if it seems minor. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit, and I won't be recommending this place to anyone anymore.
