First time ordered from this place we ordered mysoor bonda, paneer biryani, veggie manturion . Paneer biryani was okay in taste not too spicy but it felt like separate panner curry was used instead of making proper paneer biryani. Mysoor bonda was okay ... I was expecting hard out soft in .. but it was soft (could be because of steam , as it was delivered). I didn't like their veg manturion as they were tooo sour than normal ,flavors were not balanced , won't recommend ordering Chinese. Do recommend it for southIndian food.
Today, we tried the silver combo at Biryani Bites and all the biryanis were delicious and the portions were very generous. The service was friendly as well. Well done to the staff for their great effort!
I typically don't write reviews unless I am extremely pleased or extremely disappointed with a place. Do not rely on just one positive review. Trust me and steer clear of this establishment! It is a terrible restaurant to order food from. They are consistently late with deliveries, frequently out of items, and unreliable when placing orders. Save yourself the trouble and do not waste your time here. They always have excuses for the delays in delivering orders. When I ordered biryani, it was contaminated with cockroaches. The lack of hygiene is concerning. It is incomprehensible why it takes over an hour to deliver biryani. It would be quicker to prepare it ourselves once the order arrives. They ruin weekends with their poor service.
Amazing food. I was on a short trip to the city and drove almost 30 mins for dinner based on a friends recommendation. Had mutton sukka , madras chicken pakora among others. It was the most authentic mutton sukka in a long time. Coming from Bay Area Ican safely say I never had it as good as this place. Other dishes were great too . The complimentary tea was amazing., The hostHari was friendly and had great suggestions. To top it all the portions were generous with friendly budget. Will surely visit inmy next trip to Phoenix.
