One of the best skybars I've ever been. beautiful ambiente, conveniently located on the main street of monivong boulevard, this bar has a lot to offer. the employees are really good and attentive, English speaking, polite. the quality of food is sufficient and lots of drinks to choose from, although a little expensive, but this is the premium they must pay for the location. reservation is recommended before the visit.

Beautiful sky bar with a really good view. the personal is quite attentive considering how busy the place is. also the cocktails are delicious and not even watered. there are live music that takes inquiries. I heard popular English, Japanese and Korean borrowers who were pretty cool. the views were also really good. I want to say it's expensive, but there are worse cocktail bars on the floor level that charge the same. about 5 or 6 dollars offered with slightly cheaper.
