Last night, we visited this Chipotle location and were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Guillermo, who was working the line. Despite it being right before closing time, he was friendly and professional. He made my burrito bowl perfectly, even going the extra mile to prepare some corn for me after it had run out. The line was short, but Charlie quickly came to the register to charge us. He provided excellent and efficient customer service, making us feel welcome and wishing us a nice evening as we left. Both Guillermo and Charlie made a great impression on my family and are excellent at their job. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Guillermo and Charlie. You both deserve a raise. I would give this experience a 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend it.
My wife and I had been looking for a little healthier choice of restaurants to eat and decided to try it out. We BOTH LOVED IT and have returned for a lunch date and it was just as delicious the 2nd time. The only downfall, which really is a good thing, is that neither one of us have been able to finish our bowl and we leave feeling like we're gonna bust open. You get more than your money's worth of food and it's delicious. I'd definitely recommend and my wifey and I will now be frequenting.
I ordered through Grubhub since it was super close to my daughter's work place(Jackson Rd)I chose to pickup. I get there and it was completely full. I asked for my order and it wasn't found. The 2 girls I asked wouldn't help me, they were too busy with the line full of people. I paid for my order ahead of time so I didn't have to stand in line. After about 15 minutes they said I was in the wrong restaurant. I had to go clear across town, having bought a yucky burger elsewhere, and running out of
The staff was so nice and patient with us, explaining how the ordering process worked even tho it was really packed at dinner time. We had a great experience and enjoyed the food.
