Its a store, a cafe, a bank, and a post office with a great range of local food and wine. Its not glammed up, it looks like it did 50 years ago. Staff are friendly and efficient and its a great place for a break if you're driving in the Surf Coast hinterland, or on the inland road to Lorne. View all feedback.

You can easily drive past Moriac Store. However if you stop and go in, you will find hot coffee, tasty pastries, take away food, sit down meals as well as wines and groceries. There is also a Post Office and shop selling knick knacks and craft. The place is always busy and many local workers seem to get their lunch and at it in the park opposite. Worth stopping. The staff at this restaurant are friendly and efficient. They serve good coffee as requested and excellent egg and bacon muffins. These dishes alone make it worth a visit. They also offer tasty brownies. I visited again and it was just as good as my previous experience.
The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid-back.
I recently enjoyed the largest chicken salad sandwich I have ever had at Moriac. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you!
Been coming to this place for several years now. Frequently buying my morning coffee and lunch. Recently told by the new owner that I’m the only one that has caramel syrup in my coffee so he’s no longer going to buy it in.. Nothing like looking after your existing regulars. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere now
Never again. Recently brought the worst 'Chicken Sliders '. I can eat anything but these we 're absolutely disgusting and rock hard. They ended up being very expensive chook food. Private msged them, no response, I guess care factor was zero. I 'm a local and will never go back.
