I ordered two fish dinners and a burger basket. After picking up my order and driving home to my family, I discovered that the burger basket was missing. This has happened to me twice before at the Petoskey location. When I returned to inform them about the missing meal, they kindly made me another one at no charge. There were three employees at a nearby table taking restaurant training on a laptop. The volume was downright annoying. This was not a normal experience.The food and service, as always, was great.

Well I had a butter burger and a fish sandwich.I emphasize fresh here people! Service was good too. Definitely worth going there over and over again.
Had the nicest young man wait on me today, Jude. Just learning his job but excellent in customer service and clearly interested. A very busy bustling place, they did a great job keeping up and being very friendly and welcoming.
