I have eaten at this restaurant many times over the years. Once again, I ordered the salmon and potato croquettes. They were beautifully presented, but were drowned in a large pool of sauce that overwhelmed the dish and had to be sent back to the kitchen untouched....The steamed spinach was served in a clump in the middle of the plate.
