The Grand Orient offers exceptional service and sensational food, with the Peking Duck being a standout dish. While some guests noted noise levels making conversation difficult, the delicious food and great service were highlights. Some reviewers did express disappointment with unexpected changes to the menu, but overall, the restaurant comes highly recommended for its clean, fresh flavors and tender meats. The only minor issue mentioned was a wobbly table, but this did not detract from the overall superb dining experience.
Portions are very large. I had blown up for the starters, some of them were boiled over. most importantly, we had chicken and satay beef, the bark was amazing.
The third time here and my birthday was eating and the service excellent, best in a long time!
