Small café on Hay street in City. Decent coffee with free biscuit. Quirky interior décor. French style vibe. Will be back for more.
I'm adding to my review from a couple of months ago as I went here with the work crew & got a very tasty salad.
Great coffee with free biscuit :) winning!! Only negative service is a tad slow but perhaps that was an off day. I will be back.
Gave this place a go as part of a groupon deal, ended up getting a eggs Benedict and coffee for $10! very generous servings and tasted great for the value, have been again since!<br/ <br/ The new owners are lovely and very friendly which added to the experience! will definently be going again next time in the city and would recommend highly for a cheap breakfast in Pert CBD! :
I have recently visited Cocoa Rose since the ownership change and noticed good friendly staff and tasty food since the change of chef. I ordered the beef roll which was tasty and filling. value for money. Would recommend to friends.
