Description
This restaurant seems to struggle with customer satisfaction, reflecting a concerning pattern. Customers report issues with the dishonor of advertised loyalty points, leading to distrust in service quality. Additionally, delivery complaints highlight that orders often arrive incomplete, necessitating refunds rather than rectifications. Service experiences also detract from the visit, particularly due to rude interactions with staff, including the branch manager, who failed to meet basic customer service standards. Overall, this restaurant leaves much to be desired, from order accuracy to respectful treatment of patrons, prompting many to reconsider their dining choices.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The staff had no customer service skills, they were incredibly rude, and they slammed dishes down on the table when I asked for something. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I recently visited a restaurant where I had a negative experience with a staff member named Nisha (or Risha). She was extremely rude and did not even have a name tag on. When I asked for her name, I was shocked to learn that she was the branch manager. It is unacceptable for a manager to speak to customers in such a disrespectful manner. I hope she receives proper training on customer service before she continues to interact with customers at the counter.
