The morning crew here is exceptional. Desmond always greets his customers with a cheerful hello and calls many by their name. Always thanks the customer and makes them feel welcome. Great employee View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Sheetz:
The last few times it's like a daycare. Kids from near by mobile park are on roller blades in the stores. Or when I went to go into store almost got ran over by the kids flying by on there bikes. They have frozen drinks and throw cups all over the place. I don't think unsupervised kids are safe with the amt of cars and people. The bike was the last straw for me. View all feedback.
Just got off of the phone with an extremely rude employee named Danny, first I asked if they were open to which he responded ?365 days a year sir, goodbye? then hung up on me. Wasn?t done asking questions so i had to call back and when he answered isaid, yeah I wasn?t done asking questions to which he responded ?we?re really busy sir? as if that justifies hanging up on acustomer. Asked if they were serving food and he answered then hung up again. Been in the service industry 11 years, would neverever be that rude to someone on the phone no matter how busy

The last four times I've visited Sheetz, they’ve been out of at least half the items when I try to order made-to-order. These coupons don’t really hold much value if the ingredients aren’t available.
This place is terrible with pickup and curbside orders; no one seems to pay attention, and they let your food sit behind the counter forever.
Lately, the place feels more like a daycare. Kids from the nearby mobile home park rollerblade through the store, and when I tried to enter, I nearly got hit by children speeding by on their bikes. They have frozen drinks but end up leaving cups scattered everywhere. With so many cars and people around, I don’t think it’s safe for unsupervised kids. The bike incident was the final straw for me.
