Everyone I spoke to in Perry insisted that I had to try Johnson's Bakery, and I must say, I wasn't disappointed. While the atmosphere isn't much to speak of and the staff could be friendlier, their donuts are truly amazing. There's a small seating area with Wi-Fi, as well as a few chairs outside on the walkway. The coffee was good and the donuts were fantastic.
Spending an hour detouring for fresh, locally-made delights from this family-run bakery is always a worthwhile experience. Their donuts and other pastries never fail to impress. Also, be sure to check out the nearby coffee shop for a selection of specialty coffees that you won’t find at the bakery!
The doughnuts here are fresh and light. It's a family-owned restaurant, and I'm really glad I decided to give it a chance. They are definitely better than most of the chain doughnut shops we're familiar with.
Johnson's Bakery in Perrybare offers the best donuts I've ever had. The staff is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. I've yet to find any donuts anywhere that match their freshness, flavor, and value. I highly recommend Johnson's Bakery in Perry, Florida.
