We b... read more I rarely leave bad reviews. Running a business is tough and I always want to give the owners/managers a chance to fix a problem. No dice for this location. We bought a brand of wine here that we buy regularly at various locations. We opened it and it was spoiled. Discolored, terrible smell and taste. It was clearly spoiled. We went back and the manager couldn't process a refund but said she would call the owner. We even bought more wine in good faith and left the spoiled one in the shop so the owner could verify it was spoiled. It's been almost a week, but we haven't heard anything. money wasted. More importantly, this shows a lack of respect and care for customers. I would avoid this place if at all possible.
