Galette de Sophie is the best galette in Perouges. I would not buy galette anywhere else. Sophie’s galette is a good decent slice which tastes fresh delicious. The place further up the hill, off the main square, offers a dried up skinny slither of galette which costs 25% more, served by mocking arrogant girls. Go to Sophie!
