Wayne and Freda is my favorite cafe in Pen! Their breakfast sandwich is absolutely delicious. It can be on the pricey side, but it's worth it. I also love all the merchandise they offer. The line is often long, but the service is efficient, and there’s plenty of seating available. View all feedback.
What m dislikes about Wayne Freda:
The smoked salmon toast looked great, and the flavor was decent, but the blueberry dream smoothie tasted a bit like peanut butter and not much else. As for the muffin, it didn’t have any apple pieces inside; just a couple of slices on top, and it mainly tasted of ginger.
Overall, I spent around $30 and I won’t be returning. I also had to wait quite some time for my toast to be ready. I chose to take my order to go... View all feedback.
Was looking for a dog friendly place to eat in Penticton. Was out walking and just stumbled across this massive patio and had to stop in. Latte was to die for bacon breakfast was good but inconsistent. No one asked how we wanted eggs cooked one was medium and one was soft and runny. Very little Interaction with staff, they took our order we picked up drinks and someone just dropped off food. No real complaints nothing impressed me but no complaints. Jasper was happy.
Very cute cafe with chill vibes and beautiful side shop to explore. Highly recommend the salmon toast and chicken sandwich both were amazing! The baristas were all wonderful and kind
The coffee is excellent here, I recommend getting their beans as well. Get the Bacon sandwich as well if you are hungry overall my favourite place here!
Unfortunately this coffee shop relies solely on the aesthetics of the establishment and merch, not the quality of beverages. Our iced mocha coffee was ready in about 30 seconds. It definitely needed to be blended for at least twice as long. We had to chew each sip, leaving chunks of sugar in our teeth. Our ‘large’ cup was also only filled up about 2/3rds of the way. It was especially disappointing considering the fact it cost over $7.
The food was incredibly delicious and healthy. While the service was somewhat impersonal, it was also quite efficient. The decor and ambiance were lovely, creating a vibrant atmosphere. It's a lively spot that I highly recommend!
