The gas station itself is fine, but the Taco Bell inside has trouble following orders. I requested three Crunchwrap meals, but by the time we got on the freeway, we ended up with three tacos and three burritos instead. The staff needs to familiarize themselves with the menu. I frequently visit this Shell gas station, and most of the staff are very friendly, especially the Taco Bell employees. However, I had a negative experience with one female employee at the Shell section. She was quite disrespectful and rude to me when I was waiting for my ride. Yes, I was there for an hour, which is longer than usual, but she came up to me and insisted that I needed to find a ride and leave within 10-15 minutes, even though my ride was actually 45 minutes away. I felt pressured to rush because of her impatience. I wouldn’t have minded the request if it had been communicated in a kinder manner. If she had approached me nicely, I would have responded positively. I pride myself on being understanding and respectful towards others, which is why I'm taking the time to write this complaint. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name.
Been here over a year and most of the staff is young and helpful and never had a problem. for some reason though, the new middle aged lady with brown/blonde hair probably 155 lbs has a problem with me for some reason. always super rude and acts miserable because im a paying customer and she has to do a job. i guess i cant blame her cause she works as a gas station clerk at 40yo but thats why you stay in school! won't be returning here any longer.
