I called on Sunday at 13.00 and wanted to make a reservation. A woman was on the phone and said, "You know how late it is, we have the rest day today and are sleeping and laying up at noon! If I don't want to run a business with customer contact, it might be better to reorganize myself. Desaster! The reaction to my review shows the thinking to the owner. I expected an apology.
