Worst customer service ever. We had to seat ourselves; go up and get menus from the host's station. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting a waitress came to our table and was very disrespectful and rude. She informed us we had to order three of the same items from the appetizer menu however the items are priced individually. I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. Although the wait time was a bit longer due to the small staff, it was definitely worth it. I will definitely return when I visit Bear Mountain again, and the employees were also very friendly.
The food there is outstanding! I was truly impressed. I look forward to going back soon.
This is my wifes and I favorite restaurant in all of New York so far. Its a nice quaint and small restaurant. You have to pay for parking nearby anytime before 6. But the food is worth it. We drive an hour to come eat here each time. The food taste like I'm personally at the chefs house enjoying a home cooked meal. Very very amazing food!
