I didn't get a chance to eat, only came for drinks. As soon as you walk in the experience starts. All the Americana in this place is so amazing. Bar was nice, good selection of drinks and some great house specialties. I didn't get a chance to try their food but next time I'm up this way I'll make sure I do and update the review. My wife and I wanted to make a show around the block to the paramount. I read about the eagle saloon and liked what I saw, we came and were immediately greeted by a very friendly employee. we sat down, were given plenty of time to order, and we did. we had some drinks in the meantime, then eating was delivered by a very polite hired with a huge smiles and looked very sincere. eating was very good, like the drinks, and the service. the people began to fill the place and it became a very beautiful place. had a good meal and drinks, and reasonable price. the paramount theatre was about 200-300 feet away. a very comfortable place to eat and drink. a very good experience to start another very good experience at the theater. will go back!
I would recommend it but we both had burger so well made pulverized but waiter was excellent price excellent would definitely go back maybe just order

The restaurant has a charming atmosphere that combines the spirit of the Old West saloon with a sleek, modern twist. The service is warm and inviting. They offer creative shots and cocktails, and I really enjoyed the beer pitcher. The food lives up to the high standards, especially the delicious rice balls.
The food was incredible—very fresh, and the service was outstanding. I really enjoyed the American patriotic decor, especially how it's beautifully illuminated. I’ll definitely be coming back!
