I met the owner this morning. He really went above and beyond to take care of me. I travel through Payson weekly as I head down to the valley for work. Culver's is the only place that I stop to eat anymore. Food is wonderful, fresh and consistent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The food was, as always, quite delicious. However, the wait from ordering to receiving our meals was around 20 minutes, which is significantly longer than usual. I had anticipated a quicker visit, especially at 1:30 in the afternoon. Additionally, I found it a bit ridiculous that they charge extra for tomatoes on my sandwich, considering the already high prices. View all feedback.
