A recent visit to a popular roadside restaurant revealed a conflicting array of experiences. While some diners appreciated the shaded outdoor space ideal for pets, the overall service left much to be desired. Reports of sticky floors, unclean tables, and a lack of attentiveness from staff permeated feedback. Guests highlighted frustrating waits for food and inconsistent meal quality, with some items arriving either cold or of poor texture. Despite these grievances, a few patrons found merit in the food itself, hinting at potential, yet many remain disillusioned upon leaving. Improvements in cleanliness and service could elevate this location significantly.
I prefer not to write negative reviews, so I’ll keep this brief. The experience here is quite disappointing, as you can wait anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes for your food. Even if you’re right at the counter, you may not be acknowledged because the staff seems too busy, either with one person handling everything or chatting among themselves.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced, coupled with alarming food handling practices. I waited 10 minutes just to get my order taken, and there was nobody in line ahead of me—just me and my toddler. As I waited, I chose not to order after witnessing some unsanitary behavior. I saw an employee answer a phone call, then place the phone on the food prep counter before using that same hand to handle food. Additionally, I observed someone with long acrylic nails preparing food without gloves and touching all the food and condiment dispensers, which others with gloves were handling. It was truly concerning.
We visited the restaurant yesterday, December 20, and were disappointed to find that only two tables were clean. The staff seemed to be more focused on socializing with each other than on cleaning. We urge you to improve your cleanliness and maintain a better dining environment. Thank you.
Get there at 11:20 the place smelled like old burnt grease and place was very dirty my son didn't want to stay and eat because he couldn't stand the smell so I told him I'll just order to go. Ordered a famous bowl and girl says oh sorry we have no chickenfor that I said ok can I have your 2 piece meal that you have advertised or you don't have chicken for that either she said nowe don't have chicken for that all we have available is the A&W items. My son said dad let's just go then. So we left It takesus 25 minutes to get there and what a waist of gas and time. It hasn't been the only time either. We go there out of conveniencebut I for now on will not got back. Poor service not good food and very poor unkeep in restaurant.
A little overdue review.when i pulled in a few weeks back, all the spots in the parking lot where they have the cars park to wait for their drive thru orders were full. people were standing outside of their cars visibly upset. i get to the drive thru,waited for 5 minutes and never even got acknowledged. No may i take your order or even a can you please wait or anything. itwas my first visit to a KFC in years, and was reminded one of the two reasons why i stopped going in the first place. neveragain.
