I stopped to buy some Pepto on my way to work, and I noticed that the price on the shelf was incorrect. Instead of addressing the issue, the employee didn't offer to correct the price. I understand it’s just a gas station, but this is a fundamental aspect of customer service that should be expected. View all feedback.
Having half of the gas pumps out of service really affects convenience in this small town. I hope someone addresses this issue soon.
