If you're looking for simple burgers to fulfill your burger craving then Seared is the perfect place. This restaurant offers none of those crazy artisanal burgers that make you wonder if you're going to leave the resto sad or happy. I think it's great when you need a good burger that really just hits the spot. What you get is a decent 1/3 pound wagyu beef patty (eating the patty alone might leave you unsatisfied) with sauces and add-ons that really just go well together to add texture and flavor giving you an overall great burger. Ordered the bacon mushroom melt and Texas style BBQ burgers. They come with a side of curly fries. If I were to nitpick, I'd say their curly fries might need an improvement because I wasn't able to taste the difference of their wagyu fat curly fries with normal curly fries. But overall a great experience with a few bottles of beers!
The staff are very accommodating. They greet us w a smile when we arrived at the place. When we open the menu. The list are feasting to the eyes. It's very hard to choose what our tastebuds want to try. So we ordered their speciality godfather, it's all meat in a big platter. It's good for sharing or if u have a big appetite I think you can consumed it by one person. Of course u better order a beer w that dish. Haha the waitress offered us their mothers day promo when our bill reached 1,000 php we have choice free choice of pasta. Great deal! After ordering, the food came quickly. Right on time to our hungry stomach. ???? When we get out of the establishment, Chef thanked us n smile. I knew only guard stay outside the door. Hehe
Awesome burgers and stellar service made for a great experience.Hamburgers were great! Brioche buns were soft and fresh, patties were cooked well, juicy, and well-seasoned; overall flavor with the toppings were good, too. Get the bacon mushroom melt or the bleu cheese burger (this could use more bleu cheese to give it a sharper, more pungent aroma. They put it too little, in my opinion) instead of the lava burger (which was okay, but quite underwhelming). The side of curly fries were great tasting as well. Their sous-vide A-chops were all right, but forgettable. Chicken wings were crispy, but wasn't as good as other wing places taste-wise. Cowabunga was okay, but a bit overpriced. Beer was cheap (bucket of at about pesos) but could be a little colder.Service was excellent. The servers were very friendly and accommodating. The place looks nice and clean, is generally comfortable, but a bit too warm. Air-conditioning needs work.
