I requested for chicken breast and the cashier said okay. But I received thigh part instead. They could not comply with simple request or at least tell me my request is unavailable. There are a lot of better choices for the price. Not going to return to Binalot Hanston Branch. View all feedback.
This is my second visit to this small restaurant located right across from my workplace. The place is clean, and their meals are more affordable compared to others in the area. However, considering the price, two of their Binalot dishes didn’t quite offer good value. The All Chicken Adobo was dry and had little meat, while the Sinigang was oily and mostly fatty. Fortunately, I asked for extra vegetables. The highlight worth trying is their Php 25 Pinakbet—it's generously sized and quite tasty, not overly salty. I also noticed a poster advertising their sizzling dishes, which seems odd since it doesn’t fit their usual concept of food wrapped in banana leaves.
I asked for chicken breast, and the cashier agreed, but I was served chicken thigh instead. They couldn't fulfill a simple request or even inform me if it was unavailable. There are many better options for the price. I won’t be returning to the Binalot Hanston Branch.
