Nothing much to write home about. Typical franchised restaurant with reasonably priced food which was well cooked. Nothing wrong with the place but there are many better more authentical italian eateries nearby. View all feedback.

Checked out the reviews on TripAdvisor and thought it would be a good place to check out. Friendly staff but when I ordered a medium filet, I was told it would be a LITTLE red in the middle.....as medium should be....it came out rare. I brought this up to the server and she told me... I told you it would come out red in the middle ....look at my photo....rare to medium rare at the best. We paid and left....check out... View all feedback.
The classic burger house with hi quality food! Elegant and modern place good for a different dinner (downstairs) or for a fast lunch. The sandwiches are big n great, perfectly cooked!!! Prices are ok for the kind of food and place. Try it!
Excellent burgers. I had the three mini burgers and my husband had the classic burger. Both were very good. The sever was very helpful. And the beer selection was pretty good.

Good food but .... bad service and bad attitude. Three of us were looking forward to eating dinner here as we had heard their hamburgers were good. They were. But staff attitude was so bad that even though we had two more opportunities to eat here, we went elsewhere. This is what happened: though we were the first ones in the restaurant when it opened at 7:30, we were not allowed to choose where we wanted to sit; we asked for separate checks, we were given one check; then when we asked again, the check was just split in three equal ways; cashier refused to break down a 20euro note so that we could pay separately. Strange way to run a restaurant where hospitality should be a feature.
