A good restaurant with a modern interesting selection. Interesting and sufficiently attentive staff. I went to the glass wine when I traveled for work alone. Really good suggestions and pairing with both courses from staff. The food asked you to think about it. Not the cozy food of childhood made by your gran! Yeah, at least at night, it was much better than the other two places I tried here. View all feedback.

If I can describe it, it is a fusion of Italian, French and Japanese. In addition, wine you chose was fantastic and the price is very reasonable!! Great small restaurant/bistrot in the centre of Parma. The Sunday lunch at cortex was one highlight of our short Parma stay. The menu is small, but well composed. Plates are nicely presented and balance tradition as well as international influence. Everything was very delicious, especially main course (Primi) and their deserts. Staff was very friendly and completed the nice atmosphere of the restaurant.
