Raised in tea culture since childhood my great Japanese mother was a teacher of Ursenke Chado I appreciate the Palace of the Thes broadening my horizons! Of course, there are more pointed but inaccessible shops for most people: teas at more than 1€/gram deserve ... Bravo therefore to your actions for the democratization of tea, not only to consumers but also to producers. In Rennes, we have the chance to have two sommeliers from the Palais des Thés, always listening and learning more about each visit! Thanks to them, I started buying very rare products, including other specialized suppliers. The world of tea is immense and the Palace of Teas offers the key to the greatest number, thanks infinitely.
