An opulent adventure for the mind, and body. A palate of expertise that is different with each savor. The entire meal was designed and served with expertise. The staff were very polite and punctual.
We are very happy to have discovered this restaurant for the quality of its cuisine and its great location in the center of Paris. As for the cuisine, the dishes are worthy of gourmet cuisine, with great discoveries for some (foie gras, dessert with chocolate mousse) and solid classic offerings for others (scallops, pigeon). In terms of atmosphere, we were lucky enough to have a very calm evening, so very pleasant. In terms of service, the two servers were very friendly and responsive. Perhaps we would have liked to have more surprises in the choice of food and wine pairings, where only the cognac for dessert was more original for us. A superb evening definitely.
