What a beautiful surprise! Episodes has recently changed chef, and the transformation is remarkable. Every dish felt thoughtful, creative, and full of flavor. You can sense a new energy in the kitchen, confident yet refined. The experience was smooth from start to finish, with warm service and a cozy yet elegant setting.
