I am a regular customer at Bistrot Pergo. Fred, the manager, and his team are great, but the chef has changed recently and the quality of the dishes and desserts has suffered. It's always the same thing, there is no dish of the day and the quality of the products is no longer there. I don't know if I'll stay true to the place if it doesn't change. It's really unfortunate. Back to Pergo... breakfast. Good reception, without reservation full restaurant, Madame offers us the counter, given my enthusiasm in 2 minutes a table is released, efficient, short card is good! Saumon for my colleague, cute pig fillet Iberian small fresh vegetables and gratin Pdt in ramequin for me and good bread.
Good address, varied dishes and a good wine map. Address to the reasonable rate in the neighborhood and you can eat there fast enough. Only drawbacks are noisy.

Be it the playlist, the service, the setting but especially the food... everything was perfect! the restaurant does not offer a wide range of dishes to focus on quality, and it pays. the terrace and the interior are very pleasant. The young barmaid/server was in the small care!
