Impossível ser pior. Talvez a esplanada melhor localizada na grande Lisboa, mas a qualidade dos alimentos e do serviço de uma mediocridade já fora de moda. Um simples bitoque é simplesmente um horror... má carne, batatas fritas requentadas, salada sem qualquer tempero... imaginem o peixe...
Sendo cliente habitual do espaço Terrace sempre me desagradou o tempo de demora no atendimento mesmo em períodos sem movimento que o justifique. Fui-me mantendo fiel pela paisagem aprazível que se contempla da esplanada. No passado dia 1 de agosto às 17h atingi o limite da perseverança. Estando apenas cerca de 1/3 das mesas ocupadas e volvidos 40 minutos sentado com uma criança sem que nenhum dos 2 funcionários se prontificasse a nos atender, ocupando-se antes em conversar entre si e com um grupo de clientes próximo, tomei a iniciativa de deixar a minha mesa e perguntar no bar se tinham deixado de ter serviço de esplanada. Tendo respondido que não, perguntei então se o meu filho e eu seríamos transparentes. Voltando a ter como resposta um não, perguntei o que justificaria um tempo de espera de 40 minutos. Recebi um mero encolher de ombros. Mostrei a minha indignação pela não resposta. Mais do que o tempo de espera inaceitável perante as circunstâncias prometo não mais voltar pelo cúmulo de não ter ouvido um mero pedido de desculpa. Péssimo serviço de atendimento pela desatenção, falta de proatividade e falta de orientação para o cliente!
