Was Des KF at Jamba a mag?
I had a coupon to get a bakery item so went to this location. I wanted to order the impossible sandwich but they couldn't take the cheese off so I went with the apple cinnamon pretzel. I ordered through the app and walked in the mall to find the location. There was only one worker so she didn't have my pretzel ready yet because she helping others. What Simplicity Q dislikes about Jamba:
Terrible Customer Service! It seems like they don't value their customers at all. All the staff were on their phones, and one of the girls was still looking at hers while taking my order. She didn't even look at me as she took it, completely distracted by her device. Even after I placed my order, she spent another two minutes on her phone before finally starting to prepare my meal. I ordered through the app and walked in the mall to find the location. There was only one worker so she didn't have my pretzel ready yet because she helping others. Another worker came and she got my pretzel for me and the main girl that was there sealed it for me. When I got home I ate the pretzel and it was pretty good. It wasn't too sweet which I liked. It was nice and soft as well. I had a good experience.
The girl name kaiona was absolutely rude and nasty. I called the store to speak to manager after I left there and the guy who answered the phone said he is the manager of the store and he was there the whole time and didn’t notice that the staff was being rude and owner is never there so there was no way to speak to the owner even though it’s privately owned.
I am always up for Jamba juice. Having moved to jersey 20 years ago from California, the readily available Jamba Juices everywhere is one of my biggest regrets. I can live without Carl's Jr, Jack 8n the box, Jimboys and most everything else, but I take every opportunity I can to visit Jamba Juice whenever I can.
I don’t understand why on Sunday they say open 24 hours and when I went they were CLOSED. Update your hours on google.
Everything seems to be fine, but there are some staff that needs to observe but still good customer service!!
