Lets start with LOCATION 1. Off a busy main street which is Page ave with a two street entry point. Eventhough they are located in a strip mall there is plenty of parking on a well lit parking lot. You may not get front door parking but to run in and out there is plenty of overall parking available. EMPLOYEES: Everytime I have visited the location several things I have noticed..They greet you when you walk in (sometimes you will be greeted by several empoyees at the same time) Love that. There is always at least two employees at the registers ready to take your order. They work as a team when preparing orders and management plays a large role in really good training of the employees. ORDER TIME: During certain hours and on some days they can be very busy with call in orders and dashers pick ups. So be patient and understand that you are getting Wingstop and so are maybe 20 other families.. DINE IN OR PICK UP ? As of last week when I was there they are ONLY open for PICK UP ORDERS..... Keep that in mind before you drive there for dine in.. of course that can change quickly so call before you go if you were wanting to dine in.
Workers took 35 minutes to get my order done when I was told the wait was only 18 minutes . My fries were cold and overcooked. Plus as you can see in the picture ranch had this green stuff in it, which I dont know what it is . Never going back to that location.
Had a DoorDash order, workers were extremely rude. The two women knew I was there, but kept their conversation all the 5 minutes I was in the store. Didn't have masks or gloves. Finally, another worker comes from behind and gives me the order. When I asked all this, one of the ladies had a wise comment. Very unprofessional. will not apply this store again
My wife placed this order. When I came in to retrieve our food I was told you ran out of wings and your manager went to get more. I was told the order would be cancelled. My wife was still charged. She called into the restaurant the next week after the charge posted and was hung up on by staff who thought she wouldnt come up there in person. She went up there in person where she was told her story could not be verified and to submit a complaint to the corporate office. It’s been over a week since her corporate office complaint and still no follow up. Check our history, we order here at least 1-2 times a month for YEARS. You’ve lost a customer, we will never order again because this is absurd. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Showed up on time to get my food, not only was it not ready, they hadn’t even started it, or anyone else’s who was waiting in the store. Guys who walked in after us got theirs almost immediately but they took 30 minutes to finally tell me they didn’t have chicken ready. The workers couldn’t have cared less about making the food. Sat on their phones and talked to each other instead of making any of the orders or people in the store. Not going here again Service: 1
