Was User at Tim Hortons a mag?
I was there this morning and that was the best customer service I ever had at Tim’s and even the staff was very friendly especially the guy whose name was Gurtej and the donuts were very well made and the at every other Tim’s I always get my coffee not stirred and always have to go back there but this was the first time my coffee was made in a proper way. I just want to thanks to all the staff working in there ? View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Tim Hortons:
I have been going to this location for about 4 months now, and I have to say that the service has been consistently slow in the afternoon. I now try to avoid coming here after breakfast time. The experience I had on August 31st, 2023 before 9:00 a.m. was truly puzzling. I was surprised to see a new employee at Tim Hortons serving me a large chocolate milk that was already opened. This is the 10th level of hell. There is always a very long line, very slow, disinterested service. The employees are rude and don't care.Today's debacle was getting my order wrong. I ordered and paid for a roast beef sandwich and received the snack size. Their solution was to slap the same contents into a larger bun. They had also completely run out of tea, cup sleeves, and bags for donuts. What should've been a straight forward transaction took 20 minutes and I ended up with a squished donut, scorched hands, the dreck shown in the photo.

When the trainer pointed it out, the new hire seemed confused. It was a clear example of how people can operate on autopilot without critical thinking. It made me realize that I may need to lower my expectations from now on. Have a great day! #timhortonscanada #timhortons #zombieapocalypse #asleep #soundasleep
I’m currently at the Queen street Tim Hortons and it says on google that they are open for take out and delivery but it looks closed, there’s no one inside and no window to pick up take out. Just wondering why they would say open for take out and delivery if they aren’
This location at 330 Queen Street at the side of the Delta Hotel building at 101 Lyon Street in downtown Ottawa has a high volume of customers, is one of the few places open Sundays but lacks adequate staff. There were two employee visible when I was there on July 16 at 10:10 AM. More people came. The line did not move. Large phone orders were received and staff worked on those leaving in-store customers waiting. Finally got my small black coffee and breakfast bagel (order 166) at 10:45 AM. Line-up behind me was even longer. This bagel was smaller than the norm with not as much tomato, lettuce and bacon with the egg and cheese slice. Short of ingredients? No backup supplies? Employee just ticked off.? Who knows. If you have time to waste go to the 330 Queen Street Tim Horton's in Ottawa. Only in Canada do people put up with this shoddy service.
