Forgot about my reservation, it was for my birthday. Manager told me I was booked in for the week after which I was not. Never got email confirmation. Couldn’t get me in. Called me the next day and said they moved my reservation. I ended up giving them one more chance. I was seated in an awkward spot near the washroom. The New Year's Eve tasting menu was outstanding, accompanied by an extensive selection of wines and cocktails.

One of the more exceptional dining experiences I have had. Food and wine were fantastic. Notably the crab pasta, pork chop, and foie gras ice cream sundae are dishes that should not be missed. Above all, the attention to detail by the service team at Gitanes is elite. Kind, attentive and highly intelligent about their offering.
