it ca get crowded during mal closing time so the space can get bit crowded a the seating area is tight. I usually find my stroller blocking their space but I try to manage when eating there. food is reasonable however prices are bit high. you do get served fairly fast. my kids loved the free refill drinks.Vegetarian options: they have vegetarian burritos or bowl options, vegetarian quesadillas. I guess it's name that is all that is good there. It was very dirty place. They had run out of alot of things. My server didn't listen very well and slapped on a huge amount of sour cream.
By 6:30 PM, the restaurant was very crowded, likely due to its connection to the Rideau Center, which seemed to attract a lot of teenagers who were mostly hanging out at tables without ordering food. My biggest complaint was the discomfort of the wooden chairs at the tables. They had metal rods that dug into my back, making it hard to relax and fully enjoy my meal. Although the restaurant was fully staffed, I noticed that all the garbage bins were overflowing. There's no need for reservations; it operates more like a fast food joint. You place your order and pay at the counter before choosing a table. As for vegetarian options, the selection is quite limited. They offer beans, lettuce, avocado, and a corn/chickpea mash. On a positive note, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance or through the Rideau mall.
The bowl was good, but the rice tasted a bit old and was cold. However, the chilly weather outside contributed to that. I simply warmed it up in the microwave.
I ordered three tacos with steak and fajitas veggies, but they arrived with only the steak wrapped in a damp, warm taco. The quesadilla I ordered came with guacamole, but I only received salsa. The burrito filling was well made, as was the burrito bowl filling. Next time, I’ll stick to the core menu items, which are the burrito and the burrito bowl. The chips and guacamole were good, and if the guacamole portion were larger, it could easily serve as a standalone meal.
