My wife and I placed our first order yesterday, and it was fantastic. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and incredibly kind to us. I can’t recall his name, but I believe it started with an "A." The deep dish pizza with the buttery crust is truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. When our order arrived (through DoorDash, which surprised me), I was really taken aback by the portion sizes! We ordered two small deep-dish pizzas, and they were practically individual servings. The crust wasn't even deep. In contrast, small deep-dish pizzas from their competitors easily serve two people with some leftovers. Lou's portions were tiny—literally one serving each.

Not good pizza. Soggy,expensive & flavorless. Other local chains are far better & nearby Giordano's.
Our relatives came in from Florida and the first meal they requested was an assortment of Lou Malnati's pizza and their family salad.

This pizza is paper thin, it almost flew off my hands when I walked out of the small reception room. It was good BUT anything loaded with butter is. I ordered 2 medium thin crust (only option), 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage. Both weighed around 1/2 a pound or less, the box was thicker and heavier than the pizza. The taste was crispy buttery and cheesy but not worth the price point. They were good but make sure you’re not starving or have more than 3 people because they are so small and paper thin. The selections for the crust, deep dish or thin, that’s it.
