Amazing little canteen in this beautiful mountain village. Caution: Please remember that even though this place is open early it does not serve the offered food until 13:00!! They use the time before to prepare everything fresh! Luckily I arrived at 12:00, so the wait wasn't bad. The food itself is absolutely incredible. Cooked with love and passion, regional and seasonal ingredients and handmade wherever it goes. It was such an incredible experience. Deserts are also homemade and simply stunning and packed with flavour. Be sure to give this place a try if you're in the area and looking for some authentic, home cooking.
